In this role, you will be at the heart of our compliance operations, directly influencing how a global leader manages data integrity and shaping the future of privacy in cutting-edge AI products. You will gain unique, hands-on exposure to complex legal frameworks and vendor ecosystems, building a professional foundation that bridges the gap between technical processes and legal requirements.


Logistics:

Location: Germany, Ulm/Remote or Poland, Krakow/Remote

Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining & updating the company's Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) in accordance with Art. 30 GDPR

  • Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders to collect the necessary information & preparation for creating new RoPAs

  • Support the draft and review data protection-related documentation, especially on Privacy Notices & Consent Forms

  • Assist with third-party vendor due diligence & the review of Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)

  • Help reviewing AI powered products & processes

  • Contribute to the development and updating of internal data protection policies & procedures

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program focused on Law, Business Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.

  • Strong foundational understanding of GDPR and a passionate interest in European data protection laws preferably absolved seminars or similar.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Bonus Points For

  • Prior internship experience or practical exposure to data protection or privacy law.

  • Familiarity with data protection tools and compliance management software.

  • Knowledge of additional EU/EEA data protection frameworks, Digital Package or national implementation laws.

  • Proficiency in German is a plus.
