  • Lead Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for new products, business initiatives, system implementations, and changes to data processing activities while identifying and mitigating privacy risks.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review privacy-related contractual agreements, including Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), Data Sharing Agreements, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), and other data governance documentation supporting global business operations.
  • Monitor and interpret global privacy regulations, including GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other international privacy frameworks, proactively assessing regulatory changes and translating legal requirements into scalable business practices.
  • Oversee data subject rights operations, ensuring requests are managed efficiently, regulatory deadlines are met, and internal processes continue to evolve through automation and operational improvements.
  • Lead privacy incident response efforts, partnering with Security and Legal teams to assess data breaches, evaluate notification obligations, coordinate investigations, and support regulatory communications when required.
  • Drive enterprise-wide data governance initiatives, including data retention, deletion, classification, and lifecycle management programs that strengthen regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver privacy awareness and compliance training programs, fostering a culture of privacy accountability across the organization and increasing employee understanding of global data protection obligations.
  • Evaluate and oversee third-party privacy compliance, supporting vendor assessments, due diligence activities, audits, and ongoing monitoring to ensure external partners meet Telesign's privacy standards.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of the privacy program, leveraging metrics, audits, and compliance assessments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased operational maturity.
