• Provides support for a varied range of data protection and AI compliance activities, including the preparation of data protection and AI compliance documentation and risk assessments and maintains an up to date processing registry (Controller and Processor) of the relevant Randstad departments • Provides data protection support in regard to global services and operational implementation of various processes and systems to ensure accountability for data protection and alignment with data protection and data retention policies • Provides data protection & AI compliance support in the due diligence of third parties (such as when selecting third party Processors) including maintaining third-party suppliers overview and third-party supplier risk assessments and collaborating on the organization's data processing agreement template, drafting and negotiating data processing agreements • Identifies specific training needs; creates and delivers data protection training to the Privacy Champions and to personnel with permanent or regular access to personal data and personnel involved in the processing of personal data • Collaborates with internal teams to implement privacy initiatives and risk mitigating measures • Supports the improvement, harmonization and maintenance of Randstad group companies' online data protection notice template (including regulatory updates) • Provides data protection & AI compliance support for the fulfillment of data subject requests (or data protection-related complaints) • Analyzes process documentation for projects related to data protection & AI governance, process, compliance, access management, and contractor oversight Grade Descriptor • Requires working knowledge of own discipline and a basic understanding of concepts and procedures in related disciplines • Demonstrates knowledge of the company, processes and customers • Performs a range of assignments related to discipline • Uses prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations and resolving problems to deliver continuous business results • Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction; may provide informal guidance to new team members • Impacts quality and effectiveness of own team and may impact other closely related work teams whose activities are interdependent • Explains factual, sometimes complex and potentially dynamic information to others in straightforward situations.
