As the leader of our global Risk Management and Data Privacy function for the Power Tools (PT) division, you will:

• Define and execute a comprehensive, business-aligned governance, risk, and data privacy strategy, steering a cross-functional team across multiple locations to foster a culture of compliance and efficiency worldwide.
• Be responsible for both Strategic (as RMO) and Operational (as ICM) Risk Management, including overseeing the PT Management System (SOCOS-PT) and tracking legal compliance.
• Oversee the maintenance of all required records to demonstrate data protection compliance, such as processing principles, data subjects' rights, data protection by design/default, processing activities, impact assessments, security, and breach notifications.
• Coordinate and oversee internal/external audits, spot checks, special investigations, and the planning/execution of IT compliance audits (data protection, IT Security, IT in Manufacturing).
• Identify and implement AI tools and automation to enhance control effectiveness, and act as the primary consultant for business units on all risk and privacy-related topics.
• Present findings, risks, and audit results to executive management, and develop/deliver training to raise awareness of risk and privacy principles.

Education: You possess a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Law, or a comparable field.

Experiences and Know-how: 

• You have several years of professional experience in auditing, risk management, data privacy, or a similar corporate function.
• You have proven track record of effective coordination, project delivery, and working in global teams.
• You show good knowledge in the area of information technology, technical data protection or information security and privacy.
• You have a high IT affinity, with experience in MS Office.
• You ideally have experience with AI, automation tools, or GRC Hub.
• First leadership experience is beneficial.

Personality and Working Style:

• You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to address all hierarchical levels, including senior management.
• You show an independent, proactive, and well-structured working style with a customer-oriented mindset. 
• You have the ability to handle confidential topics with integrity, trust, and high professional ethics.

Languages: You are fluent in English, German language proficiency is a plus.
