Job Description

We are looking for a Law professional, bilingual in English, with 7 - 10 years of professional experience in matters related to technology, telecommunications, data protection, and digital business.

Requirements

• Law degree and bilingual proficiency in English.
• 7 - 10 years of professional experience.
• Strong experience in Technology and Telecommunications Law.
• Knowledge and experience in data protection and privacy, including international regulatory frameworks such as the GDPR and CCPA.
• Experience in matters related to cybersecurity, internet, and e-commerce.
• Experience in technology licensing, acquisition, and contracting.
• Knowledge or experience in projects involving the implementation, development, and/or use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools.
• Previous experience in a law firm is preferred.
