Privacy Specialist 

Do you want to be part of the global privacy team in the biggest jewellery company in the world? If so, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a Privacy Specialist to join Pandora’s Global Privacy team and play an active role in embedding privacy into everyday business decisions and day-to-day operations. In close partnership with the Privacy team you will be part of embedding Pandora’s global privacy programme into day-to-day operations. 


Key Responsibilities
 

 

  • Drive daytoday privacy operations such as vendor assessments, advisory, RoPa, DPIA, TIA, LIA, annual wheel activities and handling privacyrelated inquiries 
  • Act as first line of defence on DSR and complaints support. 
  • Act as a trusted privacy advisor to business teams across corporate functions, production, and retail.  
  • Help review and audit privacy initiatives, such as cookie compliance and consistency, privacy notice alignment, and other audit related operations. 
  • Maintain privacy documentation (cookie banners, notices, policies, procedures risks assessments etc. including training & awareness materials, and help to deliver engaging privacy training sessions.  
  • Support on assessing and handling data breaches.  
  • Monitor regulatory developments and best practices to ensure our approach remains robust and futureready 
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support optimisation projects together with senior privacy colleagues. 
  • Track retention schedules and deletion rules across functions. 


Key Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience working with data privacy, preferably in a global organisation 
  • Strong working knowledge of GDPR and privacy risk management principles. Knowledge of other privacy frameworks is a plus!  
  • A handson, pragmatic mindset, able to translate regulation into workable business guidance. 
  • Experience with working in a GRC software, e.g. OneTrust, or similar is a plus. 
  • You have experience with being part of project teams.  
  • You demonstrate good communication skills and can effectively explain issues and solutions to your team members and close stakeholders. 
  • You have the ability to timely involve and inform the right stakeholders. 
  • You have a high level of integrity and attention to detail.  
  • You foster a team culture, are a team player, can collaborate with people with different backgrounds, and view diverse perspectives as opportunities. 
  • CIPP/E, CIPP/M, CIPP/T, AIGP or similar certification is a plus, but not a requirement.  
  • Some experience with AI tools, e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT or similar is expected.  


Your new team
 

 

You will be part of the Global Compliance team working out of Copenhagen. You will be a colleague with four other compliance professionals and six data privacy professionals, all based in Copenhagen. We are an international and diverse group of people, everyone with a passion for compliance and business ethics. Our team members speak various languages, but English is our corporate language. Our scope is global so you can expect to work with people and cases from more than a 100 markets. 

Some travel might be expected but is limited. You will report to the Head of Privacy.
