Why this role matters: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented Privacy Analyst to support the execution of our global privacy program. This role plays a critical part in ensuring consumer privacy requests are managed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with evolving data privacy regulations. 

Success in this role comes from combining strong organizational discipline with a proactive, collaborative approach—ensuring requests are handled seamlessly while maintaining audit-ready documentation and supporting continuous improvement across privacy processes.

What you’ll deliver: 

  • Manage end-to-end consumer privacy requests (e.g., access, deletion, correction, opt-out), ensuring accuracy and timeliness 
  • Validate request authenticity and confirm identities where required 
  • Track and manage requests within internal systems (e.g., Jira, shared workflows), maintaining clear status visibility 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Data, Operations) to execute requests across systems 
  • Ensure all requests are completed within regulatory timelines and documented to an audit-ready standard 
  • Communicate with requestors using consistent, professional templates 
  • Escalate complex or high-risk requests appropriately 
  • Contribute to the improvement of privacy workflows, documentation, and processes

What you’ll bring to the team: 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organisation and attention to detail 
  • Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative approach across teams 
  • Sound judgment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset 
  • 1–5 years of experience in privacy, compliance, information security, or a related field 
  • Experience working with ticketing or workflow systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, or similar) 
  • Foundational understanding of global privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, APPI, PIPL) 
  • High level of accuracy and accountability in handling sensitive data
