Job Title: PM Data Protection

Experience :: 9.1 - 12 years

Job Location: Chennai

Position Purpose: Within our new program “WITT - Data Migration”, we are looking for a Project Manager being able to support Data Stream lead. Main deliveries expected for this PM will be to:

• Understand E2E Data Protection topics

• Coordinate Project Committee with all stakeholders

• Define Global Multi-sites roadmap on Data Protection

• Prepare synthetic and qualitative KPI allowing management to follow-up

• Prepare Steering Committee

Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities

• Define Global Multi-Sites roadmap on Data Protection

• Coordinate all actions within WMIS

• Prepare and animate Project Committee

• Prepare deck for Steering Committee Contributing Responsibilities

• Being able to contribute in “awareness” session around Client Data Protection

• Facilitate WMIS coordination Technical & Behavioral Competencies Technical and functional Data protection experiences

Technical Skills:

o Experience in data protection laws and regulations: Familiarity with laws like GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.

o Proficiency in data management systems and tools.

o Skills in planning, executing, and managing projects related to data protection. 

o Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, and CISSP

Behavioral Skills:

o Organizational skills

o Communication skills - oral & written

o Critical thinking 

o Ability to synthetize / simplify Transversal Skills:

o Ability to manage a project

o Ability to manage a project 

o Ability to develop and leverage networks

o Ability to manage / facilitate a meeting, seminar, committee, training… o can enhance a Data Protection Manager's qualifications and expertise.

Education Level: Master Degree or equivalent Having a background on Data Security will be an added value.

Experience Level : At least 10 years Location: Chennai
