Junior Specialist in Data Privacy Area

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Perform Privacy Area Process portfolio maintenance activities, follow up them and cater for continuous improvement of quality.

• Support colleagues during new process development or changing existing one by helping to perform Data protection, Legitimate interest assessments, ensuring that processes are correctly represented in Data processing registers, etc.

• Localize GDPR processes, preparing reports.

• Collaborate with other team members in various cross border projects in Private Segment area covering privacy related topics.

What is needed in this role:

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Excel or Power BI usage cabilities such as data analysis, formula creation and pivot tables.

• Experience and capability in managing projects and processes, or a willingness to learn.

• Capability in building effective working relationships with different cross-border counterparties.

• Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.

• Very good English spoken and written.
