At Sony Europe, we are accelerating digital transformation through AI, automation, data, and business intelligence. As DX Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that these technologies are optimally integrated into day-to-day business operations, driving meaningful improvements in efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.

Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, governance functions, and technical teams, you will help shape how people, processes, and ways of working evolve alongside AI and automation. You will also drive AI literacy initiatives, support responsible AI adoption, and help establish governance practices that balance innovation with appropriate oversight.

As this is a newly evolved role, you will have the opportunity to influence priorities, define new ways of working, and make a visible impact across Sony Europe.

You will:

  • Drive business process improvement and operational transformation across Sony Europe through AI and automation initiatives.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to find opportunities for digitalisation, automation, and efficiency improvements.
  • Act as a bridge between business teams and technical experts to translate business needs into practical solutions.
  • Lead change management activities and support the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
  • Define and optimise workflows, operating models, and governance processes as new technologies are introduced.
  • Design and deliver AI literacy and enablement programmes for different user groups across the organisation.
  • Monitor user adoption, engagement, and capability development, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of AI governance frameworks, responsible AI practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Information Security, HR, and other key stakeholders to enable safe and effective AI adoption.
  • Help shape the future direction of the function by identifying emerging needs, priorities, and capability gaps.

You will bring:

  • Experience in Business Transformation, Change Management, or a similar role within a complex multinational organisation.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and stakeholder management across multiple functions.
  • Experience working at the intersection of business and technology, preferably within digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of AI, automation, digitalisation, or emerging technologies and their business applications.
  • Good communication, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in user research, training, enablement, or adoption programmes is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, responsible AI, or related regulatory frameworks is beneficial.
  • Fluent English
