In this role, you will work at the intersection of data protection, regulatory compliance and cybersecurity law, supporting business functions as well as all divisions of the Husqvarna Group, including Husqvarna and GARDENA. You will be part of the Privacy, AI and Data Compliance team, which is a group function within Group Legal Affairs, and you will be part of a highly collaborative, international team. You will work closely with colleagues across Legal Affairs and related functions worldwide, supporting the organization in a global context.
Fixed Term (2 years)
Privacy & Data Protection
Advising colleagues and stakeholders on privacy and data protection matters (in particular GDPR)
Supporting the German Data Protection Officer as well as the Global Data Privacy, AI and Data Compliance team
Maintaining, further developing and ensuring the quality of the Record of Processing Activities (Art. 30 GDPR)
Supporting the handling of Data Subject Rights Requests (DSRs), including collaboration with the Service Desk and continuous process improvement
Contributing to Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
Drafting, reviewing and supporting data protection–related agreements (e.g. data processing agreements)
Supporting the data breach response process
Regulatory Compliance, Digital Law
Support on regulatory topics with a focus on cybersecurity and digital regulation, such as NIS2, the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and related EU and national legislation
Supporting the assessment and implementation of new or evolving regulatory requirements
Support for internal projects and strategic initiatives in the area of regulatory compliance
Delivering privacy and compliance trainings, developing related guidance materials, and supporting internal awareness initiatives.
Bachelor’s Degree, ideally with a focus on data protection, compliance or a similar field
Strong interest in data protection, compliance and regulatory topics
Practical experience in data protection law (GDPR) and/or regulatory compliance would be beneficial
Practical experience in cybersecurity, IT or digital regulation topics (e.g. NIS2, CRA)
Structured and diligent working style and enjoyment of working in an international, matrix-organized environment
Excellent MS office skills
Team oriented, independent and communicative personality
Excellent verbal and written English, German language skills would be beneficial
