  • Maintain accurate data breach records, regulatory logs, and other key documentation.
  • Respond to routine data protection queries and provide guidance in line with established processes.
  • Support the completion and review of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) and privacy risk assessments.
  • Ensure data protection policies, procedures, and records are reviewed and updated within agreed timescales.

  • Contribute to meeting team objectives, KPIs, and service standards.
  • Support with additional projects and tasks as required.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good time management and the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence building relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive, flexible, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills.
  • An interest in data protection, compliance, and regulatory matters.
