This is a hybrid role. Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

The Privacy Lawyer is a member of the Privacy Legal Team and supports the business with practical, risk-based legal advice on the processing of personal data. The role partners closely with business functions, IT, Information Security, Procurement, HR, Compliance, and other legal colleagues to help ensure that projects, products, contracts, and operational processes comply with applicable privacy, data protection and AI or other data laws.

Your responsibilities:

  • Provide privacy and AI legal advice to business stakeholders

  • Monitor relevant privacy and data protection laws, regulatory guidance, enforcement trends, and industry developments, and translate them into practical legal advice and remediation actions for the business.

  • Support the implementation of privacy controls in projects and processes, including privacy assessments, records of processing, data protection impact assessments, transfer impact assessments, privacy notices, consent mechanisms, and contractual safeguards.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate privacy-related contractual provisions

  • Advise on privacy risk assessments and escalations, identify legal and compliance gaps, and support the development of pragmatic mitigation measures in coordination with the wider privacy and legal organization.

  • Enhancing the awareness of the company and dedicated teams via the conduct of any targeted training / awareness activities

Our requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer (law degree required)

  • 3+ years’ experience in privacy/data protection law

  • Strong knowledge of GDPR (AI regulations a plus)

  • English C1 minimum

  • Experience with contracts and data protection documentation (e.g. DPIAs, DPAs)

  • Practical, business-oriented mindset and strong stakeholder skills

  • IAPP certification (nice to have)

  • Experience in international environment
