As a Data Privacy Associate, you will specialize in providing strategic guidance and support to clients on privacy laws and data protection regulations, helping them navigate the complex landscape of compliance requirements. Within our Cybersecurity & Privacy practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that offers comprehensive legal solutions and advice, minimizing legal risks and maintaining regulatory compliance across various industries. This role involves developing privacy policies, conducting privacy impact assessments, and implementing data protection measures to safeguard personal information.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be driven by curiosity, adapting to diverse client needs and team dynamics, and taking ownership to consistently deliver value. Responsibilities

- Providing strategic guidance on privacy laws and data protection regulations to clients across various industries
- Assisting in the development and implementation of privacy policies and data protection measures to safeguard personal information
- Conducting privacy impact assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Collaborating with clients to navigate complex privacy and data protection requirements, confirming compliance with applicable laws
- Supporting client engagements by gathering and analyzing information from diverse sources to discern patterns and insights
- Applying cybersecurity and privacy knowledge to enhance data protection strategies
- Participating in the review and management of legal documents related to privacy and data protection
- Engaging in continuous learning to develop skills and knowledge in privacy law and data protection
- Contributing to the creation of records management policies and regulatory compliance consulting
- Utilizing information security and information technology applications to support privacy program development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
