CRM and customer data officer

CRM and customer data officers the functional expert for CRM and customer master data related insight tools in ANH, with in-depth knowledge of related business processes and information systems.

For CRM part, this role operates as OU China CRM key user, the linking pin between the business and global CRM project team and regional CRM key user, as well as the providers of ICT services with respect to technical and operational issues.

For customer master data and customer insight tools part, this role operates as a key driver to push for customer master data clean and updated so that marketing and sales tools and dashboard implemented in China to support business decisions, tools including pricing tool, IBP, sales report via NWP, commercial dashboard, customers segments analysis etc.
