Consultant AI Governance (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You help clients deploy and scale AI responsibly by turning regulatory, ethical, security, and business requirements into practical controls embedded in real solutions and workflows.
• You work directly with business owners, AI teams, risk functions, legal stakeholders, and users to understand AI use cases and define proportionate governance requirements.
• You assess AI systems across their lifecycle, including data, models, vendors, applications, human oversight, monitoring, and operational ownership.
• You design and implement governance frameworks, policies, approval processes, inventories, risk classifications, documentation, and control mechanisms.
• You partner with engineering and delivery teams to ensure governance enables production deployment rather than remaining separate from implementation.
• You lead interviews and workshops, prepare clear recommendations, and support client teams in operationalizing responsible AI practices.
• You contribute reusable assessment methods, templates, training, and best practices for OMMAX AI Governance engagements.

What we require:

• You have 2–3 years of experience in AI governance, technology risk, cybersecurity, data governance, privacy, digital risk, or a related consulting or in-house role.
• You have a solid understanding of key AI risk topics such as security, privacy, bias, explainability, model oversight, and third-party risk.
• You are interested in how organizations can scale AI in a controlled way without slowing down innovation unnecessarily.
• You can structure complex topics clearly and turn analysis into pragmatic recommendations.
• You communicate confidently in English and work well with both business and technical stakeholders.
• You bring a hands-on, detail-oriented, and solution-focused working style.
• You are fluent in English.
