What you’ll get

  • The support to grow in your career and expand your knowledge, with ample opportunities to advance
  • A competitive salary plus bonuses for your hard work
  • A total rewards package including health and dental benefits, pension and health spending account
  • Vacation time, personal days off and a paid volunteer day to help you maintain a healthy life/work balance
  • A referral bonus when you scout great talent and they’re hired to join our team
  • The chance to make an impact by helping ensure Affinity operates responsibly and in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards

What you’ve got

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of privacy and/or compliance processes and practices
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
