We are looking for an experienced and strategic Data Privacy professional to take on a leadership role as Associate Director, driving growth and excellence in privacy and compliance advisory services. Based in Delhi NCR or Mumbai, this role is ideal for someone who combines strong business development capabilities with deep expertise in data privacy, client engagement, and team leadership.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and expanding the organization’s presence in the data privacy domain by leading client acquisition efforts, building long-term relationships, and positioning the organization as a trusted advisor. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across industries, helping them navigate complex regulatory environments while delivering high-quality advisory and compliance solutions.

You will also play a critical role in managing large accounts, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring consistent client satisfaction. This position requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and leadership, as you will mentor teams, contribute to thought leadership, and drive overall business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to RFP responses, proposals, and thought leadership materials such as white papers and approach notes
  • Drive new client acquisition and expand business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders including CISOs, DPOs, CIOs, and legal leaders
  • Oversee account management activities to ensure long-term client engagement and satisfaction
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and successful outcomes
  • Provide strategic direction to teams working on data privacy and compliance engagements
  • Mentor and guide team members to build a high-performing and scalable practice
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to strengthen regional presence and service offerings
  • Support hiring initiatives and capability development to grow the team and expertise
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in data privacy
